Updates to Application. Safeguard Equipment may, from time to time, provide enhancements or improvements to the features/ functionality of the Service, which may include patches, bug fixes, up- dates, upgrades, and other modifications (“Updates”). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Service. You agree that Safeguard Equipment has no obligation to (i) provide any Updates or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Service to you. You further agree that all Updates will be (i) deemed to constitute an integral part of the Service, and (ii) subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Mobile Application If Red Hat offers products and services through applications available on your wireless or other mobile Device (such as a mobile phone) (the "Mobile Application Services"), these Mobile Application Services are governed by the applicable additional terms governing such Mobile Application Service.
