Common use of Compliance with the Apprenticeship Act Clause in Contracts

Compliance with the Apprenticeship Act. The District of Columbia Apprenticeship Act of 1946, D.C. Official Code §§ 32-1401 et seq. ("Apprenticeship Act"), as amended, may apply to this Project. All subcontractors selected to perform work on the Project on a craft-by-craft basis shall be required to comply with this Apprenticeship Act. All terms and conditions of the Apprenticeship Act, D.C. Apprenticeship Council Rules and Regulations, as well as any federal requirements, shall be implemented. The Contractor shall be liable for any subcontractor non-compliance.
