Early Completion. In the event the Design-Builder achieves Substantial Completion of the Project prior to the Substantial Completion Date, the Design-Builder shall maintain the completed Project, at its own expense, until such time that the Department agrees to occupy and use the Project for its intended use.
Early Completion. Regardless of the cause therefore, the Contractor may not maintain any claim or cause of action against the District for damages incurred as a result of its failure or inability to complete its work on the applicable Project in a shorter period than established in this Agreement, the Parties stipulating that the period established in the applicable Proposal is a reasonable time within which to perform the work on the applicable Project.
Early Completion. Seller may, but shall not be required to, achieve Commercial Operation on a date that is earlier than the Commercial Operation Date Deadline; provided, however, if Seller intends or expects to achieve Commercial Operation on a date that is earlier than three (3) months prior to the Commercial Operation Date Deadline, it must so notify Buyer in writing of such date by no later than one (1) month prior to when Seller intends or expects to achieve the Commercial Operation Date.
Early Completion. In the event the Construction Manager achieves Substantial Completion of the Project prior to the Substantial Completion Date, the Construction Manager shall maintain the completed Project, at its own expense, until such time that the Department agrees to occupy and use the Project for its intended use.
Early Completion. In the event that Traffic Availability is achieved prior to the Traffic Availability Target Date, then:
(a) the Term shall expire 30 years from the day Traffic Availability is achieved, that is, the Operating Period shall be 30 years; and
(b) the Payment Schedule shall be adjusted and amended accordingly.

However, such planned early completion shall be for the DB’s sole convenience and shall not create any additional DB rights or Owner obligations under this Contract, nor shall it change the required dates of Substantial Completion or Final Completion. The Owner shall not pay the DB any additional compensation for achievement of Substantial Completion or Final Completion prior to the required dates nor will the Owner owe the DB any compensation should the Owner cause the DB not to achieve Substantial Completion earlier than the required date of Substantial Completion or Final Completion earlier than the required date of Final Completion.

However, such planned early completion shall be for the Contractor’s sole convenience and shall not create any additional Contractor rights or Owner obligations under this Agreement, nor shall it change the required dates of Substantial Completion or Final Completion. The Owner shall not pay the Contractor any additional compensation for achievement of Substantial Completion or Final Completion prior to the required dates nor will the Owner owe the Contractor any compensation should the Owner cause the Contractor not to achieve Substantial Completion earlier than the required date of Substantial Completion or Final Completion earlier than the required date of Final Completion.
Early Completion. Notwithstanding that the Works [relating to a Phase] may have been completed in accordance with this Agreement, the Actual Completion Date [Phase Actual Completion Date] may only occur on a date on or after the Completion Date [Phase Completion Date] unless the Authority, in its absolute discretion, agrees otherwise in writing. Sub-hubco shall notify the Authority's Representative if at any time the actual progress of the Works [relating to a Phase] is significantly ahead of the Programme such that Sub-hubco anticipates that the Actual Completion Date [Phase Actual Completion Date] could occur earlier than the Completion Date [relevant Phase Completion Date] in which case the Authority's Representative shall be entitled to require Sub-hubco to produce and submit to the Authority's Representative a revised Programme showing the manner and the periods in which the Works [relating to the relevant Phase] will be carried out and what the revised date for completion would be to enable: the Authority to consider (at its absolute discretion) whether to agree an earlier date for completion if requested by Sub-hubco to do so; and the parties to consider what modifications (if any) will be required to the Agreement in order to accommodate such earlier date for completion if agreed to by the Authority pursuant to Clause 14.5.
Early Completion. The Construction Manager may attempt to achieve Substantial Completion before the required date of Substantial Completion. However, such planned early completion will be for the Construction Manager’s sole convenience and will not create any additional Construction Manager rights or County obligations under this Agreement, nor will it change the required dates of Substantial Completion or Final Completion. The County will not pay the Construction Manager any additional compensation for achievement of Substantial Completion or Final Completion prior to the required dates nor will the County owe the Construction Manager any compensation should the County cause the Construction Manager not to achieve Substantial Completion earlier than the required date of Substantial Completion or Final Completion earlier than the required date of Final Completion.
