Compliance with the Housing Criteria. Tenant covenants and agrees at all times to comply with Exhibit H (as now in effect or as may be amended from time to time during the Term) with respect to any and all Residential Units in the Project.

Compliance with the Law The Parties agree to comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations applicable to their entity in connection with the programs contemplated under this Agreement.
Compliance with the Agreement 14. (a) Within 10 days of this Agreement, the boards of directors of Bankshares and the Bank shall appoint a joint committee (the "Compliance Committee") to monitor and coordinate Bankshares's and the Bank's compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Compliance Committee shall include a majority of outside directors who are not executive officers or principal shareholders of Bankshares and the Bank, as defined in sections 215.2(e)(1) and 215.2(m)(1) of Regulation O of the Board of Governors (12 C.F.R. §§ 215.2(e)(1) and 215.2(m)(1)). At a minimum, the Compliance Committee shall meet at least monthly, keep detailed minutes of each meeting, and report its findings to the boards of directors of Bankshares and the Bank.
Compliance with Rules To comply with, and to require the Contractors to comply with, all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws bearing on the conduct of the work on the Improvements, including the requirements of any insurer issuing coverage on the Project and the requirements of any applicable supervising boards of fire underwriters.
Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.
Compliance with Xxxxxxxx Act requirements The contractor shall comply with the requirements of 29 CFR part 3, which are incorporated by reference in this contract.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations PFPC undertakes to comply with all applicable requirements of the Securities Laws and any laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction with respect to the duties to be performed by PFPC hereunder. Except as specifically set forth herein, PFPC assumes no responsibility for such compliance by the Fund or any other entity.
Compliance with Accessibility Standards All parties to this Agreement shall ensure that the plans for and the construction of all projects subject to this Agreement are in compliance with standards issued or approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as meeting or consistent with minimum accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (P.L. 101-336) (ADA).
Compliance with Tax Laws The Trustee hereby agrees to comply with all U.S. Federal income tax information reporting and withholding requirements applicable to it with respect to payments of premium (if any) and interest on the Debt Securities, whether acting as Trustee, Registrar, paying agent or otherwise with respect to the Debt Securities.
