Compliance with Transaction Documents, etc. The Cash Management Services shall include procuring (so far as the Cash Manager, using its reasonable endeavours, is able so to do) compliance by the Mortgages Trustee and Funding 1 with all applicable legal requirements and with the terms of the Transaction Documents to which each of the Mortgages Trustee and/or Funding 1 is a party, PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT the Cash Manager shall not lend or provide any sum to the Mortgages Trustee or Funding 1 (other than as expressly contemplated by the Transaction Documents) and the Cash Manager shall have no liability whatsoever to the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1, the Security Trustee or any other person for any failure by the Mortgages Trustee or Funding 1 to make any payment due under any of the Transaction Documents (other than to the extent arising from (i) the Cash Manager failing to make a payment in its capacity as Servicer or Funding 1 Swap Provider or in any other capacity under the Transaction Documents, or (ii) the Cash Manager failing to perform any of its obligations under any of the Transaction Documents).
Compliance with Transaction Documents, etc. The Current Issuer Cash Management Services shall include procuring (so far as the Current Issuer Cash Manager, using its reasonable endeavours, is able so to do) compliance by the Current Issuer with all applicable legal requirements and with the terms of the Current Issuer Transaction Documents, PROVIDED THAT the Current Issuer Cash Manager shall not lend or provide any sum to the Current Issuer and the Current Issuer Cash Manager shall have no liability whatsoever to the Current Issuer, the Note Trustee or any other person for any failure by the Current Issuer to make any payment due by any of them under any of the Current Issuer Transaction Documents (other than to the extent arising from the Current Issuer Cash Manager failing to perform any of its obligations under any of the Transaction Documents).

Compliance with Transaction Documents, etc. The Cash Management Services shall include the Cash Manager using all reasonable efforts to cause the Guarantor to comply with all applicable legal requirements and with the terms of the Transaction Documents to which the Guarantor is a party, provided always that the Cash Manager, solely in its capacity as cash manager, shall not be required to lend or provide any sum to the Guarantor and shall have no liability whatsoever to the Guarantor, the Bond Trustee or any other person, in its capacity as cash manager, other than to the extent arising under this Agreement or from any failure by the Guarantor to make any payment due under any of the Transaction Documents. For greater certainty, the foregoing shall not relieve the Bank from any failure to make or direct any payment due by the Bank under any of the Transaction Documents, in any capacity other than as Cash Manager, including without limitation in its capacity as Servicer, Seller, Interest Rate Swap Provider, Covered Bond Swap Provider or Limited Partner of the Guarantor.
Compliance with Transaction Documents, etc. The Cash Management Services shall include procuring compliance (so far as the Cash Manager, using its reasonable endeavours, is able so to do) by the Issuer with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and with the terms of the Transaction Documents, provided that the Cash Manager shall not lend or provide any sum to the Issuer and that the Cash Manager shall have no liability whatsoever to the Issuer, the Security Trustee or any other person for any failure by the Issuer to make any payment due under any of the Transaction Documents (other than to the extent arising from any failure by the Cash Manager to perform any of its obligations under any of the Transaction Documents).
Compliance with Transaction Documents, etc. The Sixth Issuer Cash Management Services shall include procuring (so far as the Sixth Issuer Cash Manager, using its reasonable endeavours, is able so to do) compliance by the Sixth Issuer with all applicable legal requirements and with the terms of the Sixth Issuer Transaction Documents, PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT the Sixth Issuer Cash Manager shall not lend or provide any sum to the Sixth Issuer and that the Sixth Issuer Cash Manager shall have no liability whatsoever to the Sixth Issuer, the Security Trustee or any other person for any failure by the Sixth Issuer to make any payment due under any of the Sixth Issuer Transaction Documents (other than to the extent arising from any failure by the Sixth Issuer Cash Manager to perform any of its obligations under any of the Sixth Issuer Transaction Documents).
