Compliance with UL Requirements. Subscriber expressly agrees that if, following a Security Service Investigation, in our sole discretion, we determine that Subscriber’s Security Service is eligible for our Certificate of Compliance, Subscriber will at all times thereafter comply with the applicable UL Requirements, including, but not limited to:
a. The description, specifications, and requirements contained in the UL Requirements; and
b. The UL or other standard(s), if any, applicable to the Security Service. Client agrees to use our Certificate of Compliance solely according to the terms of any Service Agreement.
