In carrying out this agreement, the contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 USC 276a to 276a-7) as supplemented in US Department of Labor regulations 29 CFR Part 5, respective to construction contracts in excess of $2,000 awarded by grantees and subgrantees.
