Complimentary Installation and Service. The Company shall, within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written request by the Franchising Authority, provide complimentary standard installation and complimentary Basic Service on one outlet for each public primary or secondary school and public library located within the Franchise Area no more than one hundred twenty-five (125) feet from the nearest point of connection to the distribution plant. If a public primary or secondary school or public library within the Franchise Area is located more than one hundred twenty-five (125) feet from the nearest point of connection to the distribution plant, the Company shall, within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written request from the Franchising Authority, provide a written estimate for the cost of extending the distribution plant to the school or library, as well as any necessary interior wiring costs.
