Complimentary Rooms. University will receive (# of rooms) complimentary guest room(s) for every (# of rooms) revenue producing guest room occupied, on a cumulative basis. Unused complimentary guest rooms have no monetary value.
Complimentary Rooms. FIU will receive complimentary guest room(s) during the Event. Unused complimentary guest rooms have no monetary value.
Complimentary Rooms. Owner acknowledges that in connection with rental promotion activities, Agent will find it necessary and desirable to furnish complimentary rooms from time to time. Owner agrees that Agent may so furnish complimentary rooms when Agent, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary or desirable to do so and that in such event, Agent shall pay an amount representative of ten percent (10%) of the normal unit rental for each apartment unit or units which are used as complimentary rooms, and said ten percent (10%) amount shall be paid pursuant to the terms of this Agreement to the Owner of the respective apartment unit or units whose apartments have been so utilized for complimentary occupancy.
Complimentary Rooms. Without Owner’s approval, (1) complimentary rooms provided to the general manager at the Hotel in connection with relocation shall not exceed sixty (60) days per relocation and (2) complimentary rooms provided to other manager-level employees at the Hotel in connection with relocation shall not exceed thirty (30) days per relocation.
Complimentary Rooms. 4.1 The Hotel shall provide the Group with one (1) complimentary room night for every XX room nights occupied on a cumulative basis by the Group’s attendees over the dates established, (calculated by adding the total number of room nights occupied by the Group over the dates established, dividing that number by XX and rounding up to the nearest whole number). A single or double room night is counted as one (1) room night, one-bedroom parlor suite as two (2) room nights, etc. Complimentary rooms may be assigned by the Group to individuals in any manner over the Meeting Dates or immediately before or after the Meeting Dates or applied to the Master Account provided, however, that the Hotel be notified of the Group’s intentions prior to arrival.
Complimentary Rooms. The MEET DIRECTOR shall provide 3 double rooms: 1 for the President of USA Powerlifting, 1 for the Committee Chair (if applicable), 1 for Doping Officer and 1 for the Technical Secretary, for CORPORATION to use during the Event free of charge. All of the rooms must be available beginning two days prior to the first day of competition and continuing to the day following the Event.
Complimentary Rooms. 4.1 The Hotel shall provide the Group with one (1) complimentary room night for every XXX (XX) room nights at the Hotel occupied and paid for on a cumulative basis by the Group’s attendees at the Confirmed Room Rate (Group Confirmed Rate) over the Conference Dates and any pre or post adjoining dates (calculated by adding the total number of such room nights at the Hotel occupied by the Group over those dates at the Confirmed Room Rate (Group Confirmed Rate), dividing that number by XX and rounding up to the nearest whole number). Complimentary room nights may be assigned by the Group to individual attendees of the Group in any manner over the Conference Dates or immediately before or after the Conference Dates or applied (in accordance with Section 4.2 below) to the Group's Master Account ("Master Account"), provided, however, that the Hotel must be notified of the Group’s intentions and determination before the Group's arrival. Rooms at the Government Rate or Staff Rate will not be counted for the purpose of determining the number of complimentary room nights to be provided to the Group pursuant to this paragraph.
Complimentary Rooms. Tenant shall make available (to the ------------------- extent that same have not otherwise been committed) "deluxe" or "superior" guest rooms and all related goods and services, including, without limitation, food and beverages, telephones and facsimile services on a no-cost complimentary basis to employees, advisors, consultants, trustees and members of the board of directors of the REIT or the Landlord who are visiting the Hotel in connection with the operations of the Leased Property or doing business in the State related to the Leased Property, and as reasonably necessary for the conduct of such business.
Complimentary Rooms. (Optional Paragraph) In consideration of your catered event, we are pleased to extend <number of rooms/suites>) on a complimentary basis for <day/date>. "COMPETING GROUPS" OPTION 1 Hotel agrees and understands that «GROUPNAME» is engaged in the following business __________________________ , and that the meeting which will take place over the dates of this contract relates to such business . Therefore, <Hotel> agrees that if the following groups or businesses held meetings at the hotel over the dates of this contract, it would create a potential conflict with «GROUPNAME»’s event. <Hotel> therefore agrees that it will not schedule meetings or events involving the following over «GROUPNAME»’s contracted dates: <LIST COMPETING COMPANIES OR GROUPS BY NAME OR IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY BY TYPE OF BUSINESS > OPTION 2 <Hotel> agrees and understands that there are various related and affiliated groups or entities that may wish to reserve room blocks, meeting space or suites over the dates of «GROUPNAME»’s meeting which could create conflicts with the goals and objectives of the meeting. Therefore, <Hotel> agrees not to rent facilities to the following groups or entities over the dates of «GROUPNAME»’s meeting without the express consent of «GROUPNAME»: <LIST AFFILIATES BY NAME> Renovation/Remodeling As of the date of the signing of this contract, <Hotel> has no plans for renovation or remodeling of any facilities which will be utilized by <Association/Company> pursuant to this contract, other than ordinary maintenance.
