DRESSING ROOMS. X. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to provide separate, secure, comfortable and clean dressing rooms for Artists sole use. The rooms should be dry, well-lighted and heated or air-conditioned as the weather dictates. The dressing room area should contain one iron and ironing board; adequate chairs, mirrors and coat rack with hangers; functional and clean restrooms. The dressing rooms are to be remain available to Artist and his staff after the performance. B. Purchaser shall be solely responsible for the security of items in the dressing room area and shall make reasonable efforts to keep all unauthorized persons from entering this area, particularly while the Artist is performing. Dressing rooms shall have strong, working locks and the keys shall be given only to the Artist’s representative. C. The dressing rooms are to contain:  A supply of non-carbonated, room-temperature bottled drinking water (Evian or similar).  Chocolate croissants.  Fresh fruit, orange juice, apple juice and whole milk.  Quality food sufficient for six (6) people comparable to entrees served in a four star restaurant to include vegetables, starch, salad and two of the following three dishes (chicken, fish, beef, or pork).  Hot water and an assortment of tea bags and honey.  Electrical outlet and when possible, Internet/WiFi.
DRESSING ROOMS. There shall be separate dressing rooms for male and female children, which shall be separate from the dressing rooms provided for the adults.
DRESSING ROOMS. The organizer shall provide the artist with a room to be used as a dressing room near the stage for the show, equipped with everything they require so that they can get ready for the show, as well as a bathroom with private access.
DRESSING ROOMS. Presenter shall provide Artist(s) with one private dressing room, which will be clean, dry, well-lit and air-conditioned.
DRESSING ROOMS. Minimum sanitary facilities shall be: (a) One dressing room for men. (b) One dressing room for women. (c) Adequate wash basins, with adequate hot and cold water, not custodial sinks. (d) 30 inches of dressing table space with chairs and mirrors near for each Actor. (e) All dressing rooms shall have adequate lights, mirrors at least one foot by two feet in dimension, shelves and wardrobe hooks for Actors' make-up and dressing equipment, and clothing racks or their equivalent with hangers for the Actors' personal clothes. (f) Use of fluorescent lights for make-up purposes is prohibited unless the fluorescent lighting is specifically warranted by the manufacturer to be for theatrical make-up purposes. (g) All dressing rooms must be properly heated or air-conditioned as necessary. Each dressing room must be equipped with an air-conditioning system, air-cooling system, or some similar type of mechanical device. Every effort will be made to keep rooms at a comfortable and healthful temperature by the time of the Actors’ call. Heating and air- conditioning systems shall be properly maintained in good working condition, and cleaned as necessary to insure proper ventilation and the circulation of air. Producer shall use best efforts to supply these devices immediately upon notification from Equity. Should the Producer fail to take steps to provide adequate mechanical devices within 48 hours of notification from Equity, the Actor, Equity consenting, shall not be required to remain at the theatre. Ventilation of dressing rooms shall meet the standards set by the municipal health codes. (h) All dressing rooms shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Rooms must be cleaned at least once each working day. Floors shall be washed or vacuumed at least once each week. (i) Each Actor shall use best efforts to keep Actor's own dressing room and/or area clean and shall not leave any open food containers in dressing rooms or anywhere in the theatre. (j) Dressing rooms shall be painted and maintained as necessary. Peeling paint and loose plaster shall be repaired upon written notification by Equity as soon as practicable.
DRESSING ROOMS. PURCHASER must provide two (2) safe, comfortable and private dressing rooms for ARTIST’S sole use with clean lavatories, full length mirrors, tables, chairs, garment rack and wastebaskets. These rooms are to be clean, dry, well lit and heated or air-conditioned as the weather shall require. The dressing rooms are to be made available to ARTIST’S Representative upon their arrival, and are to remain available to ARTIST and their staff until two (2) hours after the close of the performance. PURCHASER shall be solely responsible for the security of items in the dressing room area and shall keep all unauthorized persons from entering said area, particularly while ARTIST is performing. In addition, these rooms shall be capable of being locked and the keys shall be allowed only to ARTIST’S Representative. The dressing rooms are to contain: * NOTE: To be prepared and inside ARTIST’S dressing room by specified ARTIST’S load-in time. (a) Food and Refreshments for six (6) people to include: Pasta salad (vegetarian / Dairy OK) Vegetarian Bean Soup (No Dairy) Xxxxxx and Babaganoush with whole grain pita bread One (1) large fresh fruit and vegetable platter with dairy and non-dairy dip options Assorted vegetarian sandwiches with condiments on the side Chips and Salsa Whole Grain Snack Crackers Large assortment of ‘protein rich’ energy bars. Tea and coffee with whole milk* Assorted fruit juices* Eight (8) liters of spring water* Six (6) cans of assorted sodas on ice* (Sprite, Diet Coca Cola, non-caffeinated Diet 7-Up) Two (2) premium quality bottles of Red Wine* Two (2) premium quality bottles of White Wine* Six (6) bottles of premium quality beer* All necessary items (i.e. plates, napkins, etc.) for consumption of food specified above* Twenty (20) 16 or 20 oz. plastic cups* Clean Ice cubes* Coffee/tea mugs and drinking glasses* (b) Eight (8) clean bath towels, eight (8) hand towels and two (2) new bars of soap*. DRESSING ROOMS. 1. Producer shall provide clean and accessible dressing rooms and toilet facilities in studios and on locations. Such dressing rooms shall be provided with adequate locks or Producer shall provide facilities for checking normal personal belongings. Producer shall provide separate dressing and toilet facilities for men and women. This requirement shall be satisfied by establishing different time periods for the exclusive use of the same facility by men and women. Adult dressing facilities shall not be used as classrooms for minors. Rest rooms may not be used as changing rooms for principal and/or extra performers. 2. Chairs shall be available for all principal performers in the dressing rooms, on the stage and on location. 3. Dressing rooms shall be clean and in repair and Producer shall designate a person responsible to implement the foregoing. Adequate space and privacy shall be provided for wardrobe changes for each principal performer. Heaters or fans shall be provided as needed in all dressing rooms. In the event compliance with the foregoing is not feasible because of space, physical, legal limitations or location practicalities, the matter shall be discussed with the Union. Waivers shall not be unreasonably withheld under such circumstances. 4. Whenever a principal performer is required by Producer to make a change of wardrobe on the set, Producer shall provide suitable facilities affording privacy for such purpose. 5. When principal performers are not performing before the camera, they shall be provided with a temperature controlled area. When campers, buses, automobiles, or other means of transportation, or rented facilities at the location are used as shelters, such shelters shall be available and easily accessible to principal performers at all times. 6. Principal performers shall have the opportunity to use a telephone when same is available for such use so long as production or work is neither interfered with nor delayed.
DRESSING ROOMS. Dressing rooms (except quick-change booths) shall be of permanent type, and shall not be only under canvas.
DRESSING ROOMS. The Presenter will provide dressing rooms in close proximity to the stage. Dressing rooms must be private and supplied with costume racks, lighted mirrors, and direct access to bathroom and shower facilities with hot and cold water. The Company requires at least the following, but may use additional rooms if available:
