BID; INITIAL PAYMENT The Assuming Institution has submitted to the Receiver a Deposit premium bid of 0% and an Asset premium (discount) bid of $(26,800,000) (the “Bid Amount”). The Deposit premium bid will be applied to the total of all Assumed Deposits except for brokered, CDARS, and any market place or similar subscription services Deposits. On the Payment Date, the Assuming Institution will pay to the Corporation, or the Corporation will pay to the Assuming Institution, as the case may be, the Initial Payment, together with interest on such amount (if the Payment Date is not the day following the day of Bank Closing) from and including the day following Bank Closing to and including the day preceding the Payment Date at the Settlement Interest Rate.
Task Order Issuance Awarded task orders may be issued by e-mail, regular mail or facsimile using a DD Form 1155 (Order for Supplies and Services) or SF1449 (Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items). TOs may also be distributed via the DOD Electronic Document Access application. It is anticipated that all awarded TOs will be issued electronically. If mailed, a TO is considered "issued" when the Government deposits the order in the mail.
Bidding Amount 8.1. The Auctioneer shall have discretion to determine the increase of bidding rate based on the total number of Registered E-Bidders and value of the property auctioned.
Paid Service Offerings With respect to those Services for which we charge a fee to use or access, the payment terms with respect to such Services wil be presented to you at the time of acceptance of such Services and this XXXX. By accessing our paid Services, you agree to pay a l charges and fees incurred by you in connection with such use and access as outlined to you prior to your accessing same. Al amounts payable by you hereunder sha l be paid in United States do lars and the timing of such payments sha l be disclosed in supplemental terms. By agreeing to this XXXX and/or accessing such paid Services, you are agreeing to pay a l amounts accruing in connection with such use and to charge your credit card that you provide to us at the time of signing up for the paid Services in lieu of any physical signature for such charges. We wil record and retain an electronic copy of your consent for your credit card to be charged as evidence of your acceptance of the charges incurred by you. At any time, we may change, alter, amend, and/or cease charging a fee for such paid Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion. If you do not agree to the modified terms for such paid Services, your sole recourse is to terminate your use of the paid Services.
Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Refinancing Preparation Advance; Capitalizing Front-end Fee and Interest (a) If the Loan Agreement provides for the repayment out of the proceeds of the Loan of an advance made by the Bank or the Association (“Preparation Advance”), the Bank shall, on behalf of such Loan Party, withdraw from the Loan Account on or after the Effective Date the amount required to repay the withdrawn and outstanding balance of the advance as at the date of such withdrawal from the Loan Account and to pay all accrued and unpaid charges, if any, on the advance as at such date. The Bank shall pay the amount so withdrawn to itself or the Association, as the case may be, and shall cancel the remaining unwithdrawn amount of the advance.”

Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non- server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item. Price change requests must include H-GAC Forms D Offered Item Pricing and E Options Pricing, or the documentation used to submit pricing in the original Response and be supported with substantive documentation (e.g. manufacturer's price increase notices, copies of invoices from suppliers, etc.) clearly showing that Contractor's actual costs have increased per the applicable line item bid. The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.
