Composition of Agreement. The Unbranded Supply Agreement to which these General Terms and Conditions for Petroleum Product Purchases/Sales (Susser Petroleum) (the “General Conditions”) are attached (which Unbranded Supply Agreement is sometimes referred to as the “Special Provisions”), together with these General Conditions and if applicable, Valero Marketing and Supply Company’s Marine Provisions and/or Terminal Loading Agreement will constitute the agreement between the parties (the “Agreement”).
