Order of Documents. In the event of any conflict or contradiction between or among these documents, the documents shall control in the following order of precedence:

Order of Documents. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Consent Decree and this Agreement, including the Agreement’s attachments and incorporated documents, the provisions of the Consent Decree shall prevail.

Changes shall have no force and effect until all required signatures are obtained. Change Orders may be executed for DLEC by its Project Manager following approval by DLEC’s Executive Committee for the Project. Upon final execution by both parties, the Change Order shall be incorporated into this Agreement and shall be subject to its terms and conditions. DLEC shall have no obligation to pay for additional work provided without an executed Change Order.
