Composition of Professional Development Council. The Professional Development Council of USD 385 will be referred to as PDC. The membership composition of PDC will be: a. Up to two licensed teachers from each attendance center. We recommend that one teacher should be a member of the building leadership team. b. One building administrator from each level: elementary, middle and high. c. Assistant Superintendent for Academic Affairs and/or designee from the District Office.
