Common use of Composition Clause in Contracts

Composition. Committees will consist of up to four (4) employer representatives. The Union may have a WPEA/UFCW 365 staff representative and up to four (4) employee representatives. The number of employee representatives may not exceed five percent (5%) of the total membership of the Union at the college or two (2) employee representatives, whichever is greater. The Employer and Union will be responsible for the selection of their own representatives. If agreed to by both parties, additional representatives may be added.
