Common use of Compound Safety Issues Clause in Contracts

Compound Safety Issues. Each Party represents and warrants that, to the best of its knowledge as of the Effective Date, it is not aware of any material safety data relating to its Compound, whether alone or in combination with any other agent, that either has not already been communicated to the other Party or is not reflected in the investigator’s brochure for its Compound existing as of the Effective Date.

Compound Safety Issues.
