Compounded in Arrears. If clause 3.3 above applies but it is not possible to calculate the Interpolated Historic Term SOFR for the Interest Period of the Floating Rate Loan then the Reference Rate shall not apply for the Floating Rate Loan or that part of the Floating Rate Loan (as applicable) and instead interest shall be determined by reference to the Compounded Reference Rate and the provisions of clause 4 will apply in respect of the Floating Rate Loan or the relevant part of the Floating Rate Loan (as applicable).

  • Quarterly As of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter.

  • Computation; 360-Day Year In computing interest, the date of the making of any Credit Extension shall be included and the date of payment shall be excluded; provided, however, that if any Credit Extension is repaid on the same day on which it is made, such day shall be included in computing interest on such Credit Extension. Interest shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days elapsed.

Each determination by Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.
