Common use of Comprehensive access Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive access. when implementing the principles of well-being and quality of life, holistic approach and access to land, the National Government will make available to men and women benefitting from the Land Fund, support programmes in the areas of housing, technical assistance, training, land improvement and soil recovery where necessary, rural productive projects, marketing and access to the means of production that add value, inter alia, and will scale up the provision of public goods and services within the context of the Development Programmes with a Territorial-Based Focus (Planes de Desarrollo con Enfoque Territorial – PDET, hereinafter referred to as DPTFs).
