Common use of Comprehensive Automobile Liability Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Automobile Liability. or (4) Professional Liability is understood and agreed to cover any and all of the services or work set forth in Agreement Exhibit "A" and all subsequent Change Orders or Supplemental Task Authorizations. In the event the COUNTY shall execute and issue a written Change Order or Supplemental Task Authorization authorizing the CONSULTANT to provide or perform services or work in addition to those set forth in Agreement Exhibit "A", it is agreed that the COUNTY has the right to change the amount of insurance coverages required to cover the additional services or work. If the additional insurance coverages established exceeds the amount of insurance coverage carried by the CONSULTANT, the compensation established for the Change Order or Supplemental Task Authorization shall include consideration of any increased premium cost incurred by the CONSULTANT to obtain same.
