Comprehensive Leave Eligible Employee-to-Comprehensive Leave Eligible Employee Donations. A. A comprehensive leave eligible employee may donate a portion of their accrued leave hours, as provided under Subsections 6.6. D. and E. above, to another comprehensive leave eligible employee. B. Donation limits, as provided under Subsections 6.6. D. and E. above, are exclusive of donations to the Emergency Medical Leave Fund under 6.9.
