Comprehensive or Commercial General. Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. This insurance shall include personal injury coverage; contractual liability coverage for the indemnity provided under this Agreement; and products/completed operations liability. Combined single limit per occurrence shall not be less than $1,000,000, or the equivalent. Each annual aggregate limit shall not be less than $2,000,000, when applicable. The liability coverage required for performance of the Agreement shall include both TriMet and City as additional insureds, to the extent allowed by law. The party obtaining such insurance shall furnish the other party with a Certificate of Insurance for the limits set out above, which is to be in force and applicable to the Work. The insurance coverage shall not be amended, altered, modified, or canceled without at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to TriMet or City, as applicable.

State, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are to be covered and listed as additional insureds for liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor, products, and completed operations, and the premises owned, leased, occupied, or used.
