Compromise of Actions, etc. Any action, suit or proceeding brought by the Beneficiary pursuant to any of the terms of this Deed of Trust, the Credit Agreement, any other Loan Document, or otherwise, and any claim made by the Beneficiary hereunder or thereunder, may be compromised, withdrawn or otherwise dealt with by the Beneficiary without any notice to or approval of the Grantor.
