Common use of Compromise Only Clause in Contracts

Compromise Only. This Agreement is entered into for purposes of settlement and compromise only. Nothing contained in this Agreement, or done or omitted in connection with this Agreement, is intended as or shall be construed as an admission of or by any Party, or on behalf of any Microsoft Released Party (as hereinafter defined), of any fault, liability or wrongdoing whatsoever, or an admission of or by any Microsoft Released Party that any Licensed Patents (as hereinafter defined) are infringed, valid or enforceable.
