COMPULSORY COURT APPEARANCES. 1. There shall be no loss in salary because of absence due to jury duty or pursuant to subpoena issued by the clerk of a court to serve as a witness upon trial or to have a deposition taken in any school related matter pending in court. The Employee shall submit to the Business Office a court verification form and a personal check for the amount received for the court duty daily stipend. The Employee shall keep all mileage reimbursement paid by the court.
