Computation of Royalty and Tax. 3.1 The Contractor shall compute the amount of Royalty and Tax payable to the State pursuant to and in accordance with the Contract. Such amounts shall be computed in the manner set forth in the Petroleum Law, the Petroleum Taxation Law and the provisions hereof as stated in Article 4 of this Schedule 2.
