Computation of Time / Adverse Weather. 15.2.1 Developer will only be allowed a time extension for Adverse Weather conditions if requested by Developer in compliance with the time extension request procedures herein and only if all of the following conditions are met: 15.2.1.1 The weather conditions constitute Adverse Weather, as defined herein; 15.2.1.2 Developer can verify that the Adverse Weather caused delays in excess of five (5) hours of the indicated labor required to complete the scheduled tasks of Work on the day affected by the Adverse Weather; 15.2.1.3 Developer’s crew is dismissed as a result of the Adverse Weather;
