Computer and Software Requirements. Below are the current HHSC/TIRN-defined computer and software requirements, which AICs will adhere to throughout the contract term. Due to the evolving nature of technology, these requirements are subject to change by HHSC/TIRN at any time. This equipment must be attached to the HHSC/TIRN network using ethernet connection for at least one hour each month, to install all necessary software updates. AICs will be responsible for maintaining HHSC/TIRN Network accounts. All AIC staff who have been provisioned with HHSC sign on credentials and VPN access, must log in using their network credentials at least once every 30 days to maintain access to their individual accounts.
