Common use of Computer Files Clause in Contracts

Computer Files. Seller will indicate in its computer files that the Dealer Receivables have been sold, and the Related Security assigned, to Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement and will provide Purchaser with access to its computer systems and files for purposes of this Agreement and monitoring the Dealer Receivables and Related Security.
