Computer Proficiency and Evaluations. Except in situations when a teacher is responsible for teaching computer skills or technology instruction classes or maintenance as part of the teacher’s job description and curriculum requirements, the use of, proficiency, or lack of proficiency with respect to individual web pages shall not be used for evaluation purposes.
