Computer Programs and Models. Computer programmes, mathematical models of any type (e.g. closed-form, worksheets, XML, CAD/CAE) and HDL models developed or procured under the contract shall be a deliverable, unless the Agency agrees otherwise in writing. Re- used or proprietary software embedded in the deliverable product and required for its correct functioning shall also be deliverable.
