Common use of Computer Services Clause in Contracts

Computer Services. Take such action as may be necessary and commercially reasonable (including, without limitation, obtaining any necessary consents from licensors or other Persons) to provide the Servicer and the Custodian with such licenses, sublicenses and/or assignments of contracts as the Servicer or the Custodian shall from time to time require with regard to all services and computer hardware or software that relate to the servicing of Medallion Loans or Related Assets.
