Common use of Computer Software Clause in Contracts

Computer Software. All computer applications software, owned or licensed, whether for general business usage (e.g., accounting, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet analysis, etc.), or specific, unique-to-the-business usage, and all computer operating, security or programming software, owned or licensed by Seller and used in the operation of the Business; and

Computer Software. All computer applications softwaresoftware and programs, owned or licensedlicensed (excluding shrink-wrap and off the shelf software), whether for general business usage (e.g., accounting, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet analysis, etc.), ) or specific, unique-to-the-business usageusage (e.g., and order processing, manufacturing, process control, shipping, etc.), all computer operating, security or programming software, software owned or licensed by Seller Seller, all database technologies owned or licensed by Seller, and used in the operation all systems manuals related to any of the Business; andforegoing;

Computer Software. All computer applications software, owned or licensedlicensed by Seller, whether for general business usage sage (e.g., accountingAccounting, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet analysis, etc.), ) or specific, unique-to-the-business usageusage (e.g., order processing, manufacturing, process controls, design, shipping, etc.) and all computer operating, security or programming programing software, owned or licensed by Seller and used in the operation of the Business; andSeller.

Computer Software. All computer applications software, owned or licensed, whether for general business usage (e.g., accounting, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet analysis, etc.), ) or specific, unique-to-the-business usageusage (e.g., order processing, process control, shipping, etc.) and all computer operating, security or programming software, owned or licensed by Seller Seller; and used in the operation of the Business; and2.1.16

All computer applications software, owned or licensedlicensed by Seller, whether for general business usage sage (e.g., accounting, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet analysis, etc.), ) or specific, unique-to-the-business usageusage (e.g., order processing, manufacturing, process control, design, shipping, etc.) and all computer operating, security or programming software, owned or licensed by Seller and used in the operation of the Business; andSeller.

Computer Software. All computer applications software, owned or licensed, whether for general business usage (e.g., accounting, word processing, graphics, spreadsheet analysis, etc.), ) or specific, unique-to-the-business usageusage (e.g., order processing, manufacturing, process control, shipping, etc.) and all computer operating, security or programming software, owned or licensed by Seller and used and/or utilized in the operation of connection with the Business; and, including, without limitation, those listed in Schedule 2.1.14;
