Con Edison Authority. A. Con Xxxxxx shall have the authority to decide any and all questions which arise in connection with the Work, and Con Xxxxxx's decisions shall be conclusive and final. Con Xxxxxx shall be the final judge of the meaning and intent of the Contract and all provisions thereof. Con Xxxxxx shall have the authority to conclusively resolve any disagreements which may arise between Contractor and any other contractor.
