Concerning the Note Trustee. The Note Trustee is entering into this Agreement solely in its capacity as Note Trustee under the Indenture pursuant to the authority granted to it therein. All rights, privileges and immunities of the Note Trustee set forth in the Indenture shall be incorporated by reference herein. The Note Trustee shall have no obligation to deliver any notices to the Agent hereunder; this obligation shall be the sole responsibility of the Issuer.
Concerning the Note Trustee. Except to the extent otherwise required by the TIA, the provisions of this Article X shall supersede the provisions of Article VI of the Standard Indenture Provisions.
