Concession Period. a The Concession hereby granted is for a period of four (4) years commencing from the date (please mentioned the date of effect of this agreement as mentioned in the Memo No. Date: HFW-14015(99)/41/2018-SPSRC SEC-Dept. of H&FW / PPP/996 Date 12 /11/2018) hereof and ending with (“the Concession Period”) during which the Concessionaire is authorized to operate the Fair Price Outlet in accordance with the provisions hereof.
