Common use of Concession Period Clause in Contracts

Concession Period. The Concession hereby granted is for a period of five ( 5) years commencing from the date hereof and ending with (“the Concession Period”) during which the Concessionaire is authorised to operate the Centre in accordance with the provisions hereof. Provided that the Hospital Authority shall be entitled to review the performance of the Concessionaire at the end of each year from the date hereof subjected to permission of departmental authorities. Provided that in the event of Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the date hereof and ending with the Termination Date.
