Concession Revenue. Except as otherwise agreed by the Stadium Authority and 49ers Stadium Company, all net revenues from concessionaires authorized by the Stadium Authority to engage in the sale of food, beverages and other goods in the Stadium or on parking lots or structures owned or controlled by the Stadium Authority (“Concession Revenue”), provided, however, that Concession Revenue does not include any of the following, which will constitute Team Revenue: (i) revenues from retail activities associated with the retail store(s) in the Stadium designated as a “Team Store,” (ii) Team Service Revenue (defined below); or (iii) NFL Advertising and Sponsorship Revenue (defined below).

Concession Revenue. The Management Company shall have the exclusive right to operate and conduct a concession business at the Journey through manual service and other methods for the sale of commodities, including foods, beverages, including alcoholic beverages, novelties, promotional items, souvenirs, and other items. The City shall not authorize or permit any other person or entity, and shall not on his own behalf, sell, or offer for sale, at the Journey any of the commodities for which the Management Company has concession rights. The Management Company may, on terms agreeable to it, permit sublessees of the Journey to operate concessions.
Concession Revenue. The Operator shall be entitled to receive all revenues from the operation of all concessions, including, without limitation, any membership or other fees charged for the right to use any dining facilities or Ballpark club memberships. The Operator may limit admission to the Ballpark restaurant to purchasers of season tickets for any Season, Premium Seating licensees, and their respective guests. The Operator may require payment of a fee for each privilege granted to a purchaser of a season ticket or Premium Seating licensee to use the Ballpark restaurant.
Concession Revenue. The Team shall be entitled to one hundred percent (100%) of the revenue generated from concessions at all events held at the stadium, excluding Logjam events.

  • Operating Costs The Assuming Institution agrees, during its period of use of any Leased Data Management Equipment, to pay to the Receiver or to appropriate third parties at the direction of the Receiver all operating costs with respect thereto and to comply with all relevant terms of any existing Leased Data Management Equipment leases entered into by the Failed Bank, including without limitation the timely payment of all rent, taxes, fees, charges, maintenance, utilities, insurance and assessments.
