Common use of Concessionaire's Representative Clause in Contracts

Concessionaire's Representative. a. The Concessionaire's Representative shall be the person named under Article 37.11. If at some point of time the Concessionaire is unable to provide the services of the person named as under the Concessionaire’s Representative, then it shall notify the Authority its reasons for this and thereafter, provide a substitute person who can be the Concessionaire’s Representative.
