Business Representative. You and your Representative individually affirm to Stripe that (a) your Representative is authorised to provide User Information on your behalf and to bind you to this Agreement; and (b) your Representative is an executive officer, director, senior manager or otherwise has significant responsibility for the control, management or direction of your business. Stripe may require you or your Representative to provide additional information or documentation demonstrating your Representative’s authority.
Business Representative. 11.01 The Employer will not object to the Business Representative of the Union having access to all jobs during working hours, but in no case shall his or her visits interfere with the progress of the work. When visiting a job he/she will advise the Employer’s representative on the job.
Business Representative. (a) The Business Representative of the Union shall be permitted to visit on the jobs, after reporting to the Senior Employer Representative on the job, but will not interfere with the progress of the work.
(b) Whenever security regulations prevent access to any job or project, the Employer, or its Representative, will give all possible assistance to the Business Representative in obtaining the necessary pass or permission to gain access to such job or project.
Business Representative. The Business Representative of the Union shall be permitted on all jobs for the purpose of assisting in the carrying out of the provisions of this Agreement after reporting to the senior Employer Representative on the job, but will in no way interfere with the workers in the performance of their duties.
Business Representative. Representatives of the Union shall have reasonable access to Employer's project office or to any part of the project for the purpose of business with the Employer or the employees.
Business Representative. Upon written or verbal notice to the Department Head or his/her designee, the Association business representative shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time during working hours to examine working conditions provided that such visits shall not interfere with or cause neglect of employees' work. Also upon written or verbal notice to the Department Head or his/her designee the Association business representative may also make contact with employees in areas not open to the general public during their non-working periods.
Business Representative. A. The Business Representative of the Union shall be permitted to visit all jobs, but will in no way interfere with the progress of the work.
B. The Contractor agrees to furnish a letter confirming any work performed by members of the UNION if requested by the Business Representative.
Business Representative. The Business Representative of the Union shall be permitted access to all exhibit, show or convention sites at all times. When requested by either party, a pre-show meeting will be held between the parties of this agreement. The Business Representative shall be available by pager or cellular phone and regularly visit the show floor during the installation/dismantling of major shows.
Business Representative. The U.A. Business Representative shall be allowed access to all places where Members of the Union are employed. Whenever regulations prevent access to any job, the Contractor or the Contractor's Representative shall assist the Union Representative in applying for and/or obtaining the necessary permission to gain access to the job.
Business Representative. 12.01 The Business Representative of the Union shall have access to all jobs during working hours but in no case shall his visit interfere with the progress of the job. When visiting a job, he will advise the superintendent or other supervisory personnel of the Employer.
12.02 No discrimination shall be shown against Union Representatives for carrying out their duties, but in no case shall their duties interfere with the progress of the work.
12.03 A Union Representative shall obtain permission from his immediate supervisor or xxxxxxx before leaving his work area for union business. Such permission shall not be unreasonably denied.
