– Conciliation/Arbitration Procedure. (a) If following notification of desire to seek amendments or a new agreement, the parties have failed to reach a satisfactory agreement, either party may request the Ministry of Labour of the Province of Ontario provide the services of an Officer of Conciliation. In the event that no agreement is reached, either party may demand that matters still in disagreement be submitted to arbitration and shall give notice in writing to the other party detailing the points still in issue.
