Conclusive discharge to purchasers. The receipt of the Lender or any Receiver or Delegate shall be a conclusive discharge to a purchaser and, in making any sale or other disposal of any of the Secured Assets or in making any acquisition in the exercise of their respective powers, the Lender, every Receiver and Delegate may do so for any consideration, in any manner and on any terms that it or he thinks fit.
