Conclusive Evidence of Violation. The judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction; Tenant’s admission; or the admission of any one or more of Tenant’s agents, contractors, directors, employees, officers, partners or shareholders in any action against Tenant, whether or not Landlord is a party thereto, that Tenant has so violated any one or more Codes shall be conclusive evidence of such violation as between Landlord and Tenant.
