Concur Compleat. a Booking for which information in the form of a PNR, itinerary, or other format accepted by Concur Compleat is received by Concur Compleat, including a Booking that results in a refund, exchange or a void. All submissions and re-submissions of information about a single Booking for processing by Concur Compleat will be counted as a single Transaction.
