Task Manager. The Task Manager designated in the Task/Purchase Order is authorized to issue technical direction on behalf of Praxis. This direction may include instructions that provide details or otherwise complete the general scope of work set forth in Paragraph 1. This direction may not constitute new assignments of work or changes, modifications, or amendments of such a nature as to justify a change in the terms, conditions, or consideration set forth in this Agreement.
