Condition of Collateral; No Liens. Borrower shall (i) maintain all Collateral in good condition and repair at all times, (ii) preserve the Collateral against any loss, damage, or destruction of any nature, (iii) keep the Collateral free and clear of any Liens, except for the Liens of Lender and Permitted Encumbrances set forth on Section 9.9 of the Borrower’s Disclosure Schedule, and shall not permit Collateral to become a fixture to real estate or accessions to other personal property.
