Condition of Collateral; No Liens. Maintain the Collateral in good condition and repair at all times, preserve the Collateral from loss, damage, or destruction of any nature whatsoever, and keep the Collateral free and clear of any mortgage, security interest, assignment, pledge, hypothecation, or other lien or encumbrance, except the liens created by this Agreement and any identified on Schedule 5 to this Agreement.
