Common use of Condition of Goods Clause in Contracts

Condition of Goods. Debtor will maintain, preserve, protect and keep all Collateral which constitutes goods in good condition, repair and working order and will cause such Collateral to be used and operated in good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with applicable laws and in a manner which will not make void or cancelable any insurance with respect to such Collateral. Debtor will promptly make or cause to be made all repairs, replacements and other improvements to or in connection with the Collateral which Secured Party may request from time to time.

Debtor will promptly make or cause to be made all necessary repairs, replacements and other improvements to or in connection with the Collateral which Secured Party may request from time to timeas deemed appropriate in Debtor’s reasonable business judgment.

Debtor will shall maintain, preserve, protect and keep all Collateral which constitutes material goods in good condition, repair and working order (ordinary wear and tear excepted) and will cause such Collateral to be used and operated in good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with applicable laws and in a manner which will not make void or cancelable any insurance with respect to such Collateral. Debtor will shall promptly make or cause to be made all repairs, replacements and other improvements to or in connection with the Collateral which Secured Party may reasonably request from time to time.
