Electrical Products. The payments under this Agreement constitute full and complete compensation for all energy provided to Alabama Power, as well as for Electrical Products that are inherently embedded in or connected with such energy. Electrical Products. Goods must comply with applicable laws, ordinances and other legal requirements, including (among others) the Cal-OSHA regulations in Title 8 of the Code of Regulations and, for electrical products, Sections 110.2 and 110.3 (B) of the S.F. Electrical Code. In addition, if an electrical item has not been tested by a lab approved by City’s Department of Building Inspection (DBI) or Department of Public Works (DPW), Contractor shall notify the requesting department before delivery by writing the department at the “Deliver to” address on the front of the Purchase Order. Approved testing labs are posted on Purchasing’s website at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/oca/. When a non-tested item is delivered, the department will request approval from DPW. If the department is unable to obtain approval, City reserves the right to cancel the transaction and return the item to Contractor, at no charge to City.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Product NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Developer at the Point of Interconnection.

  • Other Products and Services As our customer, you have access to a suite of financial products and services availed by ourselves, our affiliates and strategic partners designed to help you address and achieve your financial needs and goals. You agree that you can obtain information about such Products and Services via our website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ and you further agree that we can from time to time communicate information in relation to such Products or Services to you specifically or generally to all cardmembers via such communication mode as we consider appropriate.
