Condition of Goods. The Grantor will maintain, preserve and keep the Goods at all times in thorough repair and good working order and condition, and from time to time make all needful repairs, renewals and additions so that its value and the Security Interests shall at no time become impaired. The Grantor will not do or permit anything to be done to the Collateral that may violate the terms of any insurance covering the Collateral or any part thereof.
