Common use of Condition of Payment Clause in Contracts

Condition of Payment. All services provided by GRG pursuant to this agreement shall be performed to the satisfaction of the City and its authorized agent, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. Payment shall be withheld for work found by the City or its authorized agent to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules or regulations.

Condition of Payment.
